The triggers and actions you see in the automation builder depend on the Superfiliate products your brand uses. If you can't find a trigger or action mentioned in another article, check this page first.

Influencer Hub (Shopify)

Brands on Influencer Hub have access to every automation trigger and action, including program management, gifting, payments, conversions, email, Instagram, Discovery, SuperBrief and TikTok Shop.

Meta Ads Suite

Brands using Meta Ads Suite without Influencer Hub can use:

Triggers

  • Keyword Comment, Keyword DM and New Instagram Mention

  • Creators List Creator Status Changed (Discovery)

  • SuperBrief: Application Status Changed, Creator Added, Task Status Changed and Deliverable Status Changed

Actions and steps

  • Time Delay, Conditional Split and A/B Test

  • Send Email and Reply in Thread

  • Send a DM and Send a Partnership DM

  • Send Partnership Ads Permissioning Link

  • Add Tag to a Superfiliate

TikTok Shop

Brands using TikTok Shop without Influencer Hub can use:

  • TikTok Shop: Creator Status Change, Order Milestone Reached and Sample Request Created

  • SuperBrief: Application Status Changed, Creator Added, Task Status Changed and Deliverable Status Changed

Extra requirements for some actions

  • Send a Partnership DM only appears when Partnership Messaging is connected for your brand, and only on creator-based triggers (Instagram, Discovery, SuperBrief, gifting and Superfiliate management triggers). See How to send Instagram DMs using automations.

  • Decline SuperBrief Application only works with the SuperBrief Application Status Changed trigger.

  • Approve / Reject Sample Request only work with the TikTok Shop Sample Request Created trigger.
