Recruit Creators Using Creator Discovery & the UGC Library
Last updated: January 14, 2025
Superfiliate has multiple ways to help you uncover potential partners who may be interested in joining your programs, all of which can be complementary to your current recruiting efforts, such as exploring natively on various social networks.
Both Instagram and TikTok solutions require you to connect your Brand’s socials in Settings>Integrations>Social. In order to connect your Instagram account within Superfiliate, you will need to have a Professional Instagram account connected to a Business Facebook page, more information here.
Creator Discovery & the UGC Library can be found under “Social Features” on the left hand navigation bar
Creator Discovery
Provides a list view of creators that have tagged your brand on social channels. You can filter by:
Contacted status
Followers
EMV
Engagement Rate
Latest Mention
Search by name or handle, and adjust the columns to display the fields most relevant to you. If you find a creator you’re interested in, you can check the box next to their name and either send a message or invite them to a program via DM.
Tip: For more information on how to utilize Creator Discovery at scale, watch an excerpt from our Superfiliate Crash Course:
UGC Library
Provides a visual display of content. Once you connect your brand’s socials, TikToks, Instagram Stories, Posts and Reels tagging you will be saved in your UGC Library. You can filter by:
Superfiliate Type (current, potential/applicant, non)
Program (if current Superfiliate)
Followers
Media Type (Instagram Only - Image vs Video)
Tags
Date
Additionally, you can sort by Date, Likes, Followers and EMV, search captions, and toggle between Instagram and TikTok.
When you select an individual piece of content you’ll have several options:
Remove (delete from UGC Library)
Download
Invite to join program (if not currently enrolled)
Match to Superfiliate (associate to an existing Superfiliate)
Add to Landing page (if Superfiliate is enrolled in a Program, add it to their Microsite)
Unmatch Superfiliate (if social handle is associated to an enrolled Superfiliate in error)
Go to profile (of associated Superfiliate)
