Setting up products for gift campaigns

When creating a gift campaign, you may find that certain products or kits don't appear in the campaign setup interface.
This usually happens because the product isn’t properly configured on Shopify before being linked to a Superfiliate campaign.

Pre requisite for gift campaign products

Before a product can be added to a gift campaign, it must be Active on Shopify.
Only active products (and their associated SKUs) are available to be selected during the campaign setup in Superfiliate.

If a product is hidden or inactive on Shopify, it will not appear in the product list when setting up your gift campaign.

How to make a product available for gift campaigns

To make your product eligible for a gift campaign, you’ll need to activate it directly in Shopify.

Every product must be active in Shopify before it can be used in gift campaigns. This applies to both individual products and product kits.
