Meta Ads Suite | Connecting the Correct Ad Account

If you are not seeing any Partnership Ads in your Superfiliate account, the first place to check is that the correct Ad Acccount is authenticated.

Typically, the issue stems from customers authenticating the wrong account -- meaning we'd be unable to populate the Partnership Ads from the correct Ad Account in the Insights or Ads Management view!

In this case, here's what you need to do:

  • Find the Ad Account ID of the correct Ad Account (loom below)

  • Ask your CSM what Ad Account ID is currently connected

  • Reauthenticate with the correct Ad Account

The loom below will help you find and identify the Ad Account from the ID that's currently authenticated, as well as, the ID of the Ad Account you'd like to Authenticate.

Though this video illustrates how to find which Ad Account is currently authenticated in Superfiliate, you'll still need to go into the Meta Ads Channel in Superfiliate and select the correct Ad Account in order to populate the data correctly!
