How to Create a Milestone

Milestones allow you to automatically reward Superfiliates when they reach specific performance goals, such as a set number of conversions or orders.

Milestones are configured per program and are not recurring.

Step 1: Set Gifting Trigger Rules

  1. Go to your Program → Milestones

  2. Click New Milestone

Choose the Trigger Type

Select the action a Superfiliate must complete to unlock the reward:

  • Conversions (e.g. purchases made using their link or code)

  • Orders (their own purchases, if enabled)

Set the Trigger Threshold

Enter the number required to unlock the milestone.
Example:

  • 10 conversions

  • 25 orders

Once the Superfiliate reaches this number, the milestone is triggered.

Step 2: Set the Gifting Reward

Choose the Reward Type

Select what the Superfiliate will receive:

  • Products

  • Store credit

  • Cash reward

Superfiliates will be able to access their rewards directly from their portal.

Product-Based Rewards

If you choose Products, configure the following:

Pricing Model Availability

Choose which purchase modality applies:

  • One-time

  • Subscription (if applicable)

Only products that match the selected pricing model will be available.

Specify Eligible Products

Select which products qualify for this milestone reward.

Shipping Rules

Define how shipping costs will be handled for the milestone gift using Shipping Coverage:

  • Brand covers shipping
    Shipping is always free. Your brand covers 100% of the cost.

  • Free up to a limit
    Shipping is covered up to a set value. If exceeded, the Superfiliate pays the full shipping cost.

  • Superfiliate covers shipping
    The Superfiliate pays all shipping costs.

Final Notes

  • Milestones are one-time rewards.
    If you want to reward every 10 conversions, you must create separate milestones (10, 20, 30, etc.).

  • Milestones are configured per program.
