Notifications & The Activity Center

The Activity Center provides an overview of all current Notifications regarding areas of the app with pending actions.

You can also choose to receive this information in the form of Notifications via Email or Slack in Settings>Notifications

On this tab you can configure:

  • What updates

    • Pending Superfiliates (applications you need to approve or deny from a Signup Page)

    • Payouts

    • Integration Issues (Instagram and TikTok only)

    • Out of Stock products

  • Where notifications should be sent

  • Frequency: Daily, Once a Week, Every Two Weeks, Every Three Weeks, Monthly

  • Whether or not you'd like to receive app performance updates, which are a brief snapshot of high level program performance

    • Based on the frequency you select, you'll get a comparison to the prior period of the same length of time (e.g. if you select weekly, you'll receive a week over week comparison)

Tip: Consider setting up a notification for Integrations if you recruit heavily from Instagram or are using Superfiliate's TikTok Shop features to minimize disruptions to your workflow

Tip 2: As long as you have a regular cadence to review/approve/deny applicants and process payments, you don't need to enable notifications for every new pending Superfiliate or Payout, just make sure you stick to your schedule - whether that's monthly or bi-weekly - so you don't fall behind
