Superfiliate Widgets

Superfiliate has two primary widgets or "pop ups" that are currently available. To understand more about when these widgets appear and what customizations are available, continue reading below.

On Site Widgets

Embedded Portal Widget

You have the option to show the Portal Sign In Page for your Referral & Loyalty program to make it easier for your shoppers to login and view their cashback/redeem right on your website.

  • It will match the regular Portal styling exactly

  • The placement can be adjusted from middle left, bottom left, bottom right or middle right of page based on the settings that you do on the experiences tab

Post Purchase Widget

If you have migrated/undergone the Shopify Extensibility Update, please follow the video below to add the widget to your website

If you have not yet migrated to Shopify's new checkout extension, you can easily edit the embedded post purchase widget that shows up in your thank you page on the "Widget" modal under the "experiences" tab on your Referral & Loyalty Program

To enable/disable the widget navigate to Program>Experiences>Program Widget>Experiences and toggle On/Off (in addition to the steps outlined in the video above)

On Site Discount Widget

This widget appears any time a site visitor moves from a Superfiliate link to your website, this includes:

  • A Superfiliate link is updated to redirect directly to your website, bypassing the Cobranded Landing Page

  • A shopper clicks "view all" or the equivalent to shop your entire store vs staying within the curated collection of the landing page, and moves to the main site

  • A shopper otherwise navigate from the landing page to the main site

This widget informs the shopper they've been referred by a Superfiliate, that they will be eligible for a discount, and includes a description of the discount/offer they'll receive at checkout

Note: This copy cannot be edited per brand, and is set globally

  • You have the option to have the widget appear on the bottom left or bottom right of the page, contact your Merchant Success Manager to request this change

  • The color scheme of the widget is inherited from the settings configured in your Program experiences

  • The widget copy will be updated (automatically) to not explicitly mention a discount only if the discount is $0/0%
