Understanding Gifting Reporting: Manage, Insights & Social Listening

Last updated: August 21, 2026

Every Gifting campaign gives you three connected reporting views so you can see who received a gift, what they posted, and how that content performed. This article walks through each one: Manage, Insights, and Social Listening.

Superfiliate tracks creator content on both Instagram and TikTok. When a creator posts about your brand within the campaign's tracking window, that mention is captured automatically and flows into all three reporting views.

Manage

The Manage tab is your operational view of every creator in the campaign, the day-to-day list you work from.

  • Gift stages: Each creator moves through the fulfillment lifecycle: Claimed → Shipped → Delivered → Content posted. A creator advances to Content posted as soon as they publish an in-window mention on either Instagram or TikTok — a TikTok post alone is enough to complete the stage.

  • Creator details: See each creator's Instagram handle and TikTok handle side by side. If a creator is active on only one platform, the other handle simply shows as N/A.

  • Split performance columns: Mentions, Impressions, and EMV are broken out per platform (Instagram vs. TikTok) plus a combined total, so you can tell where a creator's activity is coming from at a glance.

  • Creator details: Click any creator to open a drawer with their full performance breakdown and links out to their Instagram and TikTok profiles. The drawer figures always match the row in the table.

Insights

The Insights tab aggregates the campaign's content performance so you can measure overall impact rather than individual creators.

  • Platform filter: Toggle between All, Instagram, and TikTok to see metrics for one platform or the whole campaign.

  • Core metrics: Mentions, Impressions, and EMV (Earned Media Value). Instagram breaks mentions down into Posts and Stories; TikTok reports Posts (TikTok has no Stories).

  • Top creators: Ranked table showing one row per creator with combined totals plus separate Instagram and TikTok columns for Mentions, Impressions, and EMV. Sort by any column to surface your highest-performing creators on a given platform.

  • De-duplicated totals: If two campaign creators share the same social profile, campaign-level totals count each post once so your numbers stay accurate.

Social Listening

The Social Listening tab is the raw feed of every piece of content creators have posted about your brand during the campaign's tracking window.

  • Instagram and TikTok tabs: Content is organized by platform, defaulting to Instagram. The Social Listening view appears whenever the campaign has a tracking window and Instagram or TikTok is connected, so a TikTok-only campaign still gets a feed.

  • Monitoring banner: Shows the active tracking window (for example, Jan 01, 2026 – present) so you know exactly what date range is being captured.

  • Content grid: Posts appear newest first. You can search by handle and filter by content tag. Posts that are discarded, fall outside the tracking window, or come from creators not in the campaign are automatically hidden.

  • Unlink: Remove a post or a creator's content from the campaign directly from this view if it was captured in error.

Why a post might not appear

If you expect content that isn't showing up in reporting, check that:

  • The creator's Instagram or TikTok handle is connected to their profile.

  • The post was published within the campaign's tracking window, content posted before the campaign started (or before the gift reward was created) won't be captured.

  • The post actually mentions or tags your brand.
