Viewing Conversions Within Superfiliate

Last updated: September 3, 2025

Each order attributed to one of your Superfiliates is available in the Reporting section, within the default "Conversions" report. Conversions can be attributed through three different methods:

  • Code usage: When a customer applies an affiliate's discount code

  • UTM tracking: When a customer clicks an affiliate link with UTM parameters

  • Attribution window: When a customer makes a purchase within the attribution window after clicking an affiliate link (even without using a code)

Note that conversions attributed through UTM tracking or the attribution window may not have discount codes applied to the order.

Once you click into the Conversions report, you can adjust the date range, columns included, and apply additional filters to surface the information most important to you, and save that configuration as a custom report for future use, or export it. You can use this report to see which Superfiliates are responsible for driving which orders, and what specific order numbers are associated to revenue generated via your Superfiliates.

There are a few Superfiliate-specific fields:

  • State:

    • Approved: The conversion is approved and met all the criteria of the program it was captured in

    • Rejected: The affiliate did not earn commission on the order for one of the below rejection reasons

  • Rejection Reason:

    • Order Subtotal Below Minimum: The order subtotal does not meet the minimum required for a valid conversion, this is configured in each Program under Settings>Superfiliate Reward>Minimum Conversion Value

    • Product Quantity Below Minimum: The product quantity minimum was not met by the order. This specifically applies to Promotions, which can be configured within each Program, under Promotions,  by toggling the “Req. to earn the offer” setting type to “Min. quantity of items” and entering a quantity

    • Self Conversion: The conversion was made by the affiliate themselves, which is not allowed

    • Attribution Window Expired: The conversion occurred outside the attribution window, which is configured within your account settings in Settings>Attribution if you’ve configured Advanced Tracking. If Advanced Tracking is not configured, attribution is last click only

    • Subscription Renewal: The conversion was for a subscription renewal, not the initial subscription order - this is configurable in each Program under Settings>Superfiliate Reward>Reward subsequent referred subscriptions Enabled/Disabled. Note: This setting will only appear if you have a subscription service integrated within your Superfiliate account

    • Recovered Customer: The conversion is from a customer who has previously purchased from your store before, and your program is configured to not reward Superfiliates on returning customers. This is configured in each Program under Settings>Superfiliate Reward>Reward returning customers>Enabled/Disabled
