Sending Products to Your Superfiliates

There are two main ways to send products to your Superfiliates in Superfiliate: Gifting Campaigns and Milestones.

Gifting Campaigns

Gifting Campaigns allow you to send free products to all or selected Superfiliates through a centralized experience.

They are configured and managed from the Gifting tab, making it easy to run campaigns across multiple programs without setting them up individually.

With Gifting Campaigns, you can:

• Send the same product to everyone or let creators choose from a curated product list

• Set quantity limits (1 item per person, up to 3 items, etc.)

• Define a campaign title, description, and time window

• Invite all Superfiliates or only selected ones (filtered by program, performance, or manual selection)

• Track content posted by creators who participated in the campaign

Gifting Campaigns are ideal for:

• Product launches

• Seasonal promotions

• Monthly or quarterly restocks

• Event-based sends

Milestones

Milestone gifting allows you to automatically reward Superfiliates when they reach specific performance goals.

You can configure milestones to send:

• Product gifts

• Store credit

• Cash rewards

Milestones can be triggered by:

• Referrals (when someone purchases using the Superfiliate’s link or code)

• Orders (when the Superfiliate places their own order)

Important notes:

• Milestones are not recurring

• If you want to reward every 10 referrals, you must create separate milestones (10, 20, 30, etc.)

• Milestones are configured per program

Welcome Send (Automated Gifting)

You can automatically send a product to new Superfiliates using a Seeding Campaign combined with an automation.

Under the Automations tab, use the automation:
“Send Gifts to Newly Enrolled Superfiliates.”

With this automation, you define:

• Which program the user must join

• Which gifting campaign they are automatically added to

This is the most efficient way to welcome new affiliates with a gift — no manual action required.

Note: Superfiliate applies specific tags to help identify Superfiliate orders and contacts in Shopify.
