Auto-Redeem for Recharge Integration

The Auto-Redeem feature allows affiliates to automatically apply their reward to recurring subscription orders managed through Recharge.

How It Works

Your brand decides how the discount will be applied:

  1. Upcoming Charge – The discount will be applied only to the next charge of the subscription.

  2. Subscription – The discount will be applied to all future charges as long as the subscription remains active.

The chosen setting applies to all affiliates.

Activating Auto-Redeem

To activate Auto-Redeem, affiliates need to:

  1. Log in to their affiliate portal.

  2. Locate the Auto-Redeem toggle.

  3. Switch it on to automatically apply their discount.

What Happens After Activation

  • If the brand is set to Upcoming Charge:

    • The discount will only be applied to the next scheduled charge.

    • To apply it again, the affiliate will need to reactivate Auto-Redeem.

  • If the brand is set to Subscription:

    • The discount will be applied to all future charges until the subscription is canceled or Auto-Redeem is turned off.

Important:

  • Affiliates can only use Auto-Redeem if they have an active Recharge subscription.

  • Discount application always follows the configuration set by the brand.
