Attentive Integration - Email & SMS

Attentive Integration Setup

You can easily complete the integration for Attentive within:

  • Settings > Integrations > SMS

  • Settings > Integrations > Email

(depending on how your brand uses Attentive).

Step 1: Enable the Integration

Switch the toggle ON next to Attentive.

  • If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to sign in to your Attentive account and accept authentication.

Step 2: Complete SMS Setup

If you’re enabling SMS, follow the additional on-screen prompts to complete setup:

  • Generate a Sign-Up Unit ID keyword in Attentive.

  • Input that keyword into Superfiliate.

The sign-up unit used here must be of type “INTEGRATION.”
