How to use your portal access code

If you've received an access code via email, it's important to understand which portal you need to access, as there are different types of codes for different purposes.

Referral & Loyalty Portal Access

If you received a temporary access code for the Superfiliate portal, follow these steps:

1. Check your email for the access code (it will be a series of numbers/letters)

2. Go to your brand's Superfiliate portal at brandname.superfiliate.com/portal

3. Enter the access code in the Portal access page

4. Complete the login process

This portal is used for:

• Managing your referral activities

• Accessing loyalty program features

• Viewing referral rewards and status

Subscription Account Access

If you need to manage your subscription orders, cancellations, or shipment information, you'll need to access your brand's subscription management portal instead. This is separate from the Superfiliate portal.

To access your subscription account:

1. Go to your brand's subscription portal at brandname.co/tools/recurring/login

2. Log in using your email and password (not an access code)

This portal is used for:

• Managing subscription orders

• Processing cancellations

• Tracking shipment information

• Updating billing and shipping details

Common Confusion

The most common issue customers face is trying to use Superfiliate portal access codes to log into their subscription accounts. These are two different systems:

• Superfiliate portal access codes only work for the referral/loyalty portal

• Subscription accounts require your email and password, not access codes

If you're unsure which portal you need, consider what you're trying to accomplish. For referral and loyalty activities, use the Superfiliate portal with your access code. For order management and subscriptions, use the subscription portal with your login credentials.
